2016 Financial Reports now online

The 2016 financial reports have been posted on the website. You can view and download them from the Financial Statements page. We will not have printouts available at the meeting, so be sure to print them out and bring them along if you desire. As a reminder, if you will not be attending, please email your proxy information to monte@montetrumbull.com before the meeting Saturday.

The end of our fiscal year is fast approaching and your annual dues should be paid by May 1st. If you have already paid your dues, thanks!

Four Elk Neighborhood BBQ

Plan to stick around after our Annual Homeowners Meeting on June 25th for a BBQ sponsored by the Four Elk Board. We’ll have hamburgers, hotdogs baked beans, salads and chips. Lemonade and water will be provided. If you’d prefer other refreshments, please BYOB!

It will be great to get together to celebrate that summer has come to the Rockies.

Please RSVP to Sandi Klein at 2kleins.ds@gmail.com by June 1st, so that we can get a count for the food and drinks.
